Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Faucetleak Plumbing wants faucetleak.com to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Give meaningful images text alternatives
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site work with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@faucetleak.com and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us About a Problem
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@faucetleak.com and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
